Founder and CEO, FROGSHOP - Newark, NJ
Malcolm Egun is a licensed financial advisor and the Founder/CEO of FROGSHOP, a tech platform built for gyms worldwide. Malcolm is very passionate about providing technological resources for gyms in addition to improving the health and wellness of the world's populations. Malcolm has always remained focused in his studies, graduating from illustrious schools such as Penn State University (BA) and Walden University (MBA).
Prior to getting his investment licenses and finding FROGSHOP, Malcolm built his 10+ year career in the sales industry, working as a sales executive for a Wall Street firm and later as an account executive for a tech startup in New York, NY.
FUN FACT: Malcolm is a first-generation African-American. He is of Liberian and Nigerian (West African) descent. Malcolm is also a member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. Malcolm also competes as an amateur in mixed martial artist, specializing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Partner, EY - New York, NY
Alberta Laskaj Knowles is a Partner in the Financial Services Office Advisory practice at EY. She has over 20 years of financial services experience, 17+years within Structured Finance Advisory Services working on various structured products. She has worked with investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers, private equity firms, government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) and insurance companies within the areas of structured finance (SF), leveraged finance, derivatives, mortgages and commercial real estate.
Alberta manages services related to the issuance and ongoing compliance on hundreds of Collateralized Debt Obligations/ Collateralized Loan Obligations (CDO/CLO). She is responsible for all services including client relationship management, engagement management, project management, and general day-to-day operations for the group. Alberta supervises and coordinates collateral test recalculations, re-engineering of cash-flow analysis, due diligence and payment date procedures on all types of CDO/CLO portfolios throughout the US, Europe and Asia.
Alberta has spoken on various industry panels such as the Dodd Frank’s Act impact on SF agreed upon procedures, CLO operational matters and gender parity. Alberta is heavily involved in the Structured Finance Association (SFA) and is a co-lead for (SFA)’s Women in Securitization (WIS) program where she works with women in the industry to hold events and determines the initiatives WIS will partake in for each calendar year.
Alberta is a board member of the Structured Finance Association(SFA) and serves as the Treasurer on SFA’s Executive Committee. Alberta also serves as the Chair for SFA’s Women in Securitization initiative and on the Cabinet for SFA’s Inclusion and Diversity committee.
Alberta is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA).

Partner, The Bonadio Group - Rochester, NY
Lynn is a Partner in Bonadio’ s Tax Service Team, and currently helps to lead the Bonadio CARES & More Consulting team. She originally joined Bonadio in 2016, after working in Belgium as an international Tax Manager at Deloitte and helping oversee Bausch & Lomb’s European region. Her background includes domestic and international tax planning for businesses, pursuing optimization to maximize cash impact. Lynn’s responsibilities include technical updates in and outside the firm regarding major federal reform bills, including most recently the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017, Family First Coronavirus Response Act and CARES Act. She has been active in leading a variety of CARES Bonadio webinars for the community over the last few months.

Associate, Afton Partners - Washington, D.C.
Ozoemena “Ozo” joined Afton in 2020 bringing six years of experience in Big 4 auditing, charter school authorizing, and SEC financial reporting. He joins Afton from Washington DC’s charter school authorizer where he led financial oversight and represented the organization in District advisory task forces. In his role authorizing, he monitored each local education agency’s financial performance, informed strategic planning decisions, and coached charter school boards on effective governance practices.
Prior to charter school authorizing, Ozo was a Senior Associate at KPMG in Washington, DC, where he audited the financial statements and related internal control processes of Federal government clients. His experience includes working with a cabinet-level Department and a credit union regulator; he also specialized in leveraging technology to create efficiencies within the firm’s Federal practice.
Ozo earned his BBA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University and MS in Accounting. Upon graduation, he served on the Global Board of Directors for Beta Alpha Psi, an international accounting society, as Alumni Representative. He currently serves as the 1st Vice President of the Metropolitan DC of the National Association of Black Accountants where he produces the “Accounting for Us” podcast. Ozo is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas.

Senior Manager, EY - New York, NY
Larry Yusuf is an Assurance Senior Manager at EY with more than 10 years of experience in their Growth Markets Practice. He assists clients primarily in the biotechnology, medical device and technology industries with audit, internal control reporting, SEC reporting and accounting matters. Larry also worked for EY’s National Professional Practice group servicing clients with complex accounting matters, with a particular focus on financial instruments and the new US GAAP accounting model for hedge accounting.
Larry has led the audit efforts for multinational registrants as well as start-up companies. He has extensive experience with SEC reporting requirements as well as US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). He serves (or has served) several public companies as well as many private companies ranging from development stage biotechnology companies to technology start-up companies.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters degree in Accountancy from the University of Virginia. Larry is a licensed CPA in New York and Massachusetts and a member of the AICPA.

Manager, EY - New York, NY
Anthony Villiotti is an Assurance Manager at EY with over 5 years of experience in the accounting and professional services industry. Primarily serving Media & Entertainment clients in New York City, Anthony is well versed in SOX/404 reporting, multinational consolidations processes, and goodwill and intangibles impairment analyses.
About three years into his career at EY, Anthony left the firm for an opportunity at a little company called WeWork. During his time at WeWork, Anthony helped to implement a formal SOX/404 program as the Company continued to grow and expand its global operations. After eight months at WeWork, Anthony made the difficult decision to leave WeWork and return to EY. Long story short, Anthony knows and understands how challenging it can be to design your unique career path and is eager to share what he has learned through his experience.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University Questrom School of Business, with concentrations in Accounting and Operations Management. Further, Anthony is a licensed CPA in both New York and Massachusetts and a member of the AICPA.
